Drift Sisters International Women’s Day Video Submission Contest Official Rules

 

  1. Eligibility: The contest is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Children ages 5 and up submitted by their parents are eligible, and parents provide content rights for the contest video of their child. The contest is open to residents of the United States. Employees of Drift Sisters, Future Motion, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, as well as their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate.
  2. Contest Period: The contest begins on February 8th, 2023 and ends on March 8th, 2023. Submissions must be received by 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time on February 26th, 2023.
  3. How to Enter: To enter, post a video on social media explaining why you would like to win a Onewheel Pint X and what you would do with it. The video should be no longer than 1 minute in length and should be posted on TikTok, Instagram or Facebook. Videos must be posted using the hashtags #driftsisters #PintXforWomen , and @tagging Drift Sisters.
  4. Selection of Finalists: Four (4) video submissions will be selected by Drift Sisters Board members as the finalists. The finalists will be notified via social media on March 2nd, 2023. The finalists' videos will then be posted on the Drift Sisters social media pages for public voting.
  5. Public Voting: The public will have the opportunity to vote on the three (3) finalist videos from March 2nd, 2023 to March 7th, 2023. The video with the most votes will be declared the winner.
  6. Prize: The winner will receive one (1) Onewheel Pint X, donated by Future Motion. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The winner will be responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the prize.
  7. General Conditions: Drift Sisters reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the contest if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Drift Sisters' reasonable control impairs the integrity of the contest, as determined by Drift Sisters in its sole discretion. Drift Sisters is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising the contest.
  8. Winner Announcement: The winner will be announced on March 8th, 2023 via social media. The winner will be notified via direct message and will be required to respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, or if the winner fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.
  9. Intellectual Property: By entering the contest, you grant Drift Sisters the right to use, publish, and display your video for promotional purposes.
  10. Governing Law: This contest is governed by the laws of the United States. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this contest must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States.
  11. Release: By participating in this contest, you release Drift Sisters and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the contest or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use the prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries
  12. Changes to the Official Rules: Drift Sisters reserves the right to modify these official rules at any time and for any reason.
